Promising to become London’s newest and most iconic landmark, One Landsdowne Road is a breath-taking mixed use development comprising two stunning towers of 69 and 42 storeys.
As well as featuring 917 apartments and 210,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, One Landsdowne Road will also boast a glass bottomed swimming pool and the capital’s highest bar and restaurant.
Grade A office space will take up the first seven floors of the development – with Croydon’s largest floorplates at 30,000 sq ft ideal for potential headquarters, although they can be easily divided as required. The offices will be accessible from a single central core in Lansdowne Road to provide a total of 210,000 sq ft.
The entire eighth floor will be an amenity space, featuring a striking infinity pool, an outdoor rooftop park, play area and gym, from which the two residential towers will rise.
Developers Guildhouse Rosepride have agreed a pre-construction service agreement to deliver the scheme with China Building Technique Group Company in conjunction with a UK contractor. The target start date is 2017.
