Companies keen to capitalise on the UK’s fastest growing economy are invited to an exciting pop-up event in South London’s booming business capital Croydon.
The We Mean Business Pop Up Expo is being held at The Business Xchange Hub, an innovative concept in flexible office accommodation for new and growing businesses, on Tuesday, October 3.
The Business Xchange Hub has been developed in Marco Polo House as meanwhile use by its owners, Guildhouse Rosepride, pending their development of their landmark One Lansdowne Road scheme.
Located two minutes from East Croydon Station and Boxpark, The Business Xchange Hub provides the perfect backdrop for the Expo, which will again offer businessmen and women the chance to exhibit and participate in topical corporate seminars, business advice clinics sponsored by Coast to Capital, and speed networking sponsored by London Gatwick Airport.
Now in its sixth year, the new, on-trend Pop Up format for South London’s biggest free Expo is already attracting huge interest from start-ups, SMEs and large corporates. Space is limited so exhibitors are advised to book early.
Mark Waterstone, of Guildhouse Rosepride (CEO of Rosepride Properties), said: “The Pop Up Expo offers an amazing business opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors. It will showcase Croydon as London’s start-up and tech hotspot and provide lots of scope for networking and business connections.
“Expo delegates will get the chance to get a sneak preview of our new Business Xchange Hub, which has been designed as the ideal base for start-ups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses seeking a central, prestige, competitively-priced office complete with networking, meetings and event space, an on-site gym, all just 15 minutes from central London.”
The Business Xchange Hub is headline sponsoring the WMB Pop Up Expo, where delegates will be able to visit over 50 Pop-Up company stands across three floors, attend topical seminars on key commercial issues, or book a place on the Expo’s hugely popular WMB Business Speed Networking sessions, sponsored by London Gatwick Airport.
Alison Addy, Gatwick’s Head of Community Engagement, said: “We are pleased to support the WMB Pop Up Expo event, which is an extension of our sponsorship of the Big Breakfast networking series. We are fully committed to supporting business growth in the region and look forward to seeing local businesses gain new business leads and sales through the event.”
