Pocket Living has just secured planning permission for its first development in the borough, at Addiscombe Grove.
Of the 153 homes being built, 112 will be affordable Pocket homes made available for local first-time buyers.
The 21-storey building has been designed by architects Metropolitan Workshop, who also designed the company’s landmark ceramic tower in Mapleton Crescent, Wandsworth.
The Pocket Living concept is to provide a high-quality compact living model. Their starter homes are exclusively for first-time buyers who live or work locally, at a discount of at least 20 per cent to the surrounding market rate.
