PA Housing agreed to purchase and land bank 29-35 Russell Hill Road from Justin Homes who had secured Planning in 2020. The scheme will deliver 106 new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. PA also own the neighbouring site 37 Russell Hill Road (Phase 1) which is currently on site. Combined the sites will deliver over 150 new affordable homes.
