The first phase of the development provides 126 new homes arranged across three buildings in a distinctive triangular layout around a central landscaped park and children’s play area.
The scheme offers a mix of townhouses, duplexes and apartments, designed to create a walkable and sociable community environment with high-quality public realm and green space at its heart. Hyde appointed Formation Design & Build Ltd as the main contractor, working collaboratively from design through to completion.
Parkside Triangle, which completed, in September 2025, delivers 56 affordable rent homes and 70 Shared Ownership homes, all built to high standards of quality and sustainability. Feedback from residents has been extremely positive, with praise for both the homes and the wider setting.
A second phase of this scheme will deliver additional affordable housing, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2026.
